Data that we process

Hunters & Makers processes your personal data, because you use our services and / or because you provide this information to us.

These are:

  • first and last name
  • address data
  • phone number
  • e-mail address
  • birthdate and place
  • current income
  • data of current and / or previous employers
  • data current and / or previous training
  • data about competencies

Your data will be treated carefully, confidentially and respectfully. When you subscribe to the newsletter, your name and e-mail data will only be used for that purpose. If you request a call, your name, e-mail address or telephone number will be used to contact you. If you have ordered a course, workshop or training, we will also ask you for your address details. Information about work experience, education and skills is only requested when you follow a coaching and / or career path with us.

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and / or services do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unnless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us at ingrid@huntersandmakers.com and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data Hunters & Makers processes your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • to be able to perform our services
  • to inform you about changes to our services
  • for handling your payment
  • for sending our newsletter
    At the bottom of each newsletter you will find the possibility to change your details or to unsubscribe.

Automated decision-making

Your data will never be made available to others. They are also not used to compile extensive visitor profiles, nor for decision-making based on automated processing (ie, by computer programs or systems without human intervention).

How long we store personal data

Hunters & Makers does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected.

We use the following retention periods for personal data:

  • as long as the registration of the newsletter is up-to-date, we will save name and e-mail address
  • if a written agreement has been executed, we will retain your data for a maximum of 3 years
  • if invoices have been exchanged, we have a fiscal legal retention obligation of 7 years for invoices.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Hunters & Makers will only share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation or legitimate interest such as reasonable business operations. These third parties are:

  • administrator and tax advisor, due to access to invoices with address details
  • website host, for the storage of data from contact forms
  • newsletter software, for the digital newsletter

With these third parties, who process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Hunters & Makers only makes use of technical, functional and analytical cookies. View, modify or delete your personal data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to ingrid@huntersandmakers.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.
